Hop-on Hop-off Network Suspended Until 2021

This is an important update for all guests travelling on the Europe Hop-on Hop-off Travel Network with Busabout between 01 May and 08 October 2020.

We've made the difficult decision to suspend our European Hop-on Hop-off network for 2020. Our guiding principle is reliable and secure travel, and we cannot guarantee you this during the COVID-19 outbreak. Our unique network requires access between countries so that we can offer you flexibility and choice. We now know that many of your unique itineraries (especially the longer ones) will be impossible to service at this time.

If you are meant to be travelling with Busabout on a Hop-on Hop-off Pass in 2020:

• And booked with us directly, we will be contacting you via email, so please check your inbox for updates to your booking.
• And booked with a travel agent, please speak to them directly about your trip, as they may have their own policy regarding your booking.

Understandably our Reservations teams are working really hard to assist all of our guests during this unprecedented time. Please be advised that we will be prioritising guests who have been affected by the May 2020 trip suspensions first. Your patience during this time will be greatly appreciated. We will assist you as soon as possible.
